At My Lean Health, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (via download link or email access), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This is because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge).
  • You never received access to the product due to a technical error on our end.
  • The product delivered was significantly different from what was described.

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

4. Chargebacks
